Requirements
*Ability to follow and communicate lesson plans left by the permanent teacher.
*Ability to create a climate of respect and fairness for all students. 
*Ability to establish and maintain appropriate classroom behavior/management.
*Willingness to be on call to cover absences of the regular teaching staff. 
*Willingness to commit to work a minimum of 3 days per semester.

Education and Experience
**Applicants must have a valid Missouri Teacher Certificate, a Missouri Substitute Certificate, or 60 hours of college credit from an approved college or university.

**Effective September 1, 2016 newly hired personnel will be required to obtain a new fingerprint background check with the WGSD named as Requesting Agency. Fingerprint instructions will be given after a successful interview.
